Can babies eat peanut?

Yes. Peanut can be offered from about 6 months, once your baby is ready for solids.

Introduce peanut early and keep offering it regularly. Only thin peanut butter mixed into food; whole peanuts and thick spoonfuls are choking risks. Talk to your pediatrician first if your baby has severe eczema or an egg allergy.

How to serve peanut
