  • Soft sticks as long as your baby’s fist and as thick as two adult fingers, so a piece pokes out of the fist.

9 to 11 months

  • Small soft pieces from the size of a pea to a blueberry, for babies who pick things up between finger and thumb.

12 months and older

  • Small soft pieces from the size of a pea to a blueberry, for babies who pick things up between finger and thumb.
